What I ate Today 1/29/13

Breakfast: 2 Granola Bars
Lunch: Salad

Exercise....not yet
Pill.....not yet
Shower....not yet

B/c today I woke up late...around 8:00.
Usually I wake up at 5:30 or 6:30, brush, take my pill, exercise for 1 hour
15 min on elliptical at 4 incline
60 jumping jacks
chair position on wall for 30 seconds
15 min on treadmill at 2 incline, 2.5 or 3 speed
60 jumping jacks
chair position for 30 seconds
15 min elliptical faster w/ 4 incline
60 jumping jacks
15 min treadmill at 3.5 speed, 1.5 incline
climb six stories of stairs and back down again,
then climb 4 stories of stairs until I get to 4th floor.

Shower....take acne wash, and feminine wash.
Aloe vera gel, etc
