9 Small Changes with Big Benefits (from WebMD)

1. Floss more often
2. Eat smaller portions, ever 2-3 hours per day.
3. Make your coffee at home.
4. Wear a pedometer: Walk, walk, walk. At least 2,000 steps a day.
5. Sleep in your exercise clothes, and set up your exercise equipment. It will make you want to go to the gym when you wake up. 
6. Give yourself a compliment.
7. Check Vitamin D levels.
8. Eat steel-cut oats.
9. Turn on classical music while eating.
